“Beautiful view over the sea from room & outdoor onsen. Comfy beds, small but clean room. Family run place made you feel like “Home.” English speaking hosts. If we came during warmer weather, we could’ve enjoyed more of the facility.”

“Wonderful view over the ocean, and private bath outside or inside, with ocean view too. The common living room is pleasant, and you can rest perfectly in this peaceful place. The managers were very nice and helpful, providing a french guide for restaurant in Shimoda. Everything was really great here, and I will come back if I get the opportunity.”

“Very nice family run hotel. Perfect hide out if you want to relax and get away from the crowds and noise. We stayed there off season. The onsen with sea view is a very nice and relaxing experience. The staff was very friendly and supportive. We even got a free lift to the train station at departure which was very fortunate since it was raining heavily. Breakfast and dinner are very delicious and well worth the price. There's not much to do in this area besides walking or eventually surfing be prepared for it. (Paying by credit card is possible).”
