Hotel staff assist you from the very beginning to the leave, giving you great suggestions about the neighbourhood. There is nothing I could complain about.”

“Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auf unsere persönlichen Bedürfnisse wurde super eingegangen und alle waren super freundlich und haben uns jeden Tag super Ausflugs-Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer sehr schön renoviert und sauber. Das Frühstück ist komplett ausreichend und man kann gut den Tag starten. Unsere Kinder hatten auch viel Freude auf dem Trampolin und im Schwimmbad. Das Schwimmbad ist klein aber fein und für die Kinder (beide 7 Jahre alt) und auch für die Erwachsenen super ausreichend um den Tag abzuschließen oder auch zu starten.”
“Nicht nur unser Zimmer sondern das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber ! Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein und das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wenn ich in dieser ausgesprochen märchenhaften Gegend wieder Urlaub mache werde ich diese Unterkunft jedenfalls in Betracht ziehen. Hat zwar nur 3 Sterne hätte aber locker und leicht 5 verdient Schwimmbad, Sauna , Solarium alles da ,was will man mehr !”

“Rustig, knus en schoon hotel met zeer gastvrije eigenaresse. Alles is aanwezig! Geen feestende jongeren, dus ideaal voor een relaxte vakantie! Hotel ligt centraal op hoofdstraat Gerlos en op loopafstand van de skilift.”
“Das von der Familie Tschugg mit Herzblut geführte Birkenheim kann ich nur loben. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Sparmarkt im Haus ist natürlich von Vorteil. Pool und Sauna sind Ok. Die Angaben bei Booking.com sind Ok. Danke an Fam.Tschugg.”
