“Booked because Dunfermline made a convenient stopover as the last overnight of a 14 day tour, so we were really delighted by our very beautiful room, friendly and helpful service and nice meals that made the stay feel like an extra evening's celebration. Although in the town, Garvock House has pleasant grounds, full of fine trees. so it felt a nicely relaxing pace to be. Although there were a couple of large-ish groups ( 12+) in for the evening meal, we were seated in a quiet corner, and served as quickly as we wanted on what was clearly a busy evening. Plenty of waiting staff around. Also excellent reception staff.”
