“3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück waren gebucht. Doch was bekam ich: Ein sauberes und nettes Einzelzimmer mit Balkon. Alles neu und super Verarbeitet (bitte die Adresse des Fliesenlegers senden). Die Küche war landestypisch, sehr reichlich und endlich mal ein Hotel, wo es keinen morgendlichen Trimmdich zum Büfett gab, sondern ich wurde am Tisch bedient. Wurst, Schinken, Käse mit einheimischen Brot und Brötchen. - Für die Körnerpicker war auch gesorgt -. Doch Höhepunkt meines Tages, war das Abendessen. Preiswert, gut und persönlich zugeschnitten. Alles Andere hätte mich auch gewundert, wenn Vater und Sohn in der Küche stehen. Eigentlich darf man eine solche Adresse gar nicht weitergeben, aber ich wurde darum gebeten.”
