We got the hotel's ski passes that allowed us to take the gondola up and down to Meiringen/Hasliberg Reuti as often as we wanted for just 5 franks / day (regular price 9 franks for / ride without half tax). As we couldn't finish all of what was there for breakfast, they would give us little bags so as to take sandwiches along from what was left. The food we had for dinner (fondue, rösti, salad) was excellent. The hotel is located with a lovely view of the mountains across the valley.”
“Staff are amazing - super friendly and attentive. The restaurant has good food and nice views of the alps. The apartments were roomy and had all the basics you would expect. Public transport is only a few steps away with easy access to gondolas either to Meiringen or up to the mountains.”

“Beautiful location in Hasliberg not far from the lovely Via Alpina hiking trail from Engelberg to Meiringen. Delicious and hearty breakfast and dinner. Room a little old fashioned, but very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return if coming back to the area.”
