“We had free use of canoes, kayaks and sup while we stayed and the rooms are right on the lake. No breakfast included but you can get a great one across the road. Staff were really friendly, relaxed and helpful. location fantastic.”
“This property is essentially a motor lodge on the side of the lake. We had a King suite and I wouldn't have wanted a smaller room as the chair & sofa made a huge difference to our three day stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa and chair were too. Bathroom was too small - nowhere to put things and the toilet was very small - almost a child's!. The shower was fine though. Lake views were spectacular and the warm temperatures when we were there (85 degrees) made the smell of pine wonderful. There were plenty of local places to eat out either on foot or into Saranac itself, which is only a 5 minute drive away. Keurig coffee maker was good but they only provided two pods for the whole of our stay which I though was a bit mean. The Lodge and area would look beautiful in the snow and I would return to see it (and stay in the Inn)!”

“Loved staying here, the room was great- bed was super comfy, the room was clean and updated. The location couldn't have been better for sightseeing around the area, along with the nearby restaurants and shops. The best was sitting by the lake at sunset after taking a canoe out for a paddle and a little fishing. Being able to choose from the array of canoes, kayaks and SUP's and using one of the fishing poles Gauthiers had available for their guests was just the icing on the cake for this place- we will be back again!”
