“The location is fabulous, some of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable, but no wifi service in our room. When I reported it, we were fobbed off which 'it's the weather (worked in the main hotel area's!) or never had that problem before' ,so my 16 year old daughter spent most of the hotel stay camped out in the hallway where she could pick up wifi.”
