“This was my 4th time in Aix les Bains, it is a lovely low-key spa town with mountain views and one of my favorite parks in France. I like staying in town, so for me the hotel is in a great location. It's very close to the train station, about 1 1/2 blocks, and has all of the 4 star niceties, with a kettle and coffee fixings in the room and bathrobes/slippers to go to the spa. There is a lovely Japanese garden in the front. You need to take a short bus trip to the Lake Bourget, the largest lake in France with wonderful views of the Dent du Chat mountain, children's amusement area, marina and small sandy beach .”
“We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzis. We also loved that the swimming facilities were open till 10 pm. It was perfect for an after-dinner dip...”
“The Park in front of the hotel , the lobby , walking distance to everything etc.”
“Bartender was helpful opening a bottle of wine we brought to enjoy; rooms were clean and had a separate WC. Location of hotel was great, walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. Close to casino, too.”
“The friendly and helpful staff we very good for people with very little France.”
“The appartment was comfortable and quiet, good for resting ( as this was our objective). Food was very good, service excellent, location was also very central ( though a bit far from the lake) oferring us a nice experience. The lake shore and promenade is fantastic, not to be missed.”
“Very large rooms and the whole hotel was neat and tidy. The bathroom looked newly renovated.”
“Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great location for city center shops and cafes.”
“Very well positioned for the old town of Aix. Good, secure car parking on site. Modern and comfortable rooms with good facilities”
“The spa facilities are lovely, however loose fitting swimwear and swimming shorts/Bermuda shorts, are not permitted in the spa and swimming pool areas. Remember to take budgie smugglers! The rooms are comfortable and clean.”
