“I really want to give this place a good review but we did have a number of problems. Our toilet didn't work, heating didn't work and a number of things were broken. Then our whole bathroom sink fell in and broke too! Kindly the staff did upgrade us to another room following this however, we once again had a broken toilet. Everyone was very kind and to be honest we didn't complain much other than when the sink fell in! It's just the little things started to add up. Coffee and tea weren't stocked up for us either so we had to keep requesting it. Staff were always lovely but we did start to feel a little let down. However, the rooms are gorgeous and the size fantastic. Very much a home away from home. Great views and walking distance to everything. I think we were unlucky but given the other reviews no doubt normally everything is perfect.”
“Spacious, clean and very stylish room and bathroom in this year old renovated property. The view from the large floor to ceiling window over the canal and boats was utterly charming. Staff were attentive and efficient. ”
“My 3rd visits over last 6 months. My god, how much I love this apartment. It's new, large, nice canal view with good privicy because your oppositite buildings are far far away. 2 supermarket nearby. A excellent Jura coffee in your room. Fresh coffee come out with best cafe anytime you want. I stay 3 nights and moved to another apartment near Madeleine to try different apartment, because I want to try soyhing new. This one is totally bad and they don't even have coffe machine and coffee bags. I regretted to move from Goralska.”
