“The hotel is very well maintained and kept very clean. The bed was comfy, bathroom clean, wifi fast, coffee hot and black and breakfast Russian. Overall very good value for your money. We stayed just overnight so we did not use/look for other amenities of the hotel, since we had an afternoon/ evening and morning to see the town so we just slept and breakfasted there. Suggestible. Don't miss the wooden village (skansen) next to Novgorod, worth seeing.”

“Only one of the four or five members of staff we encountered spoke any English, but they all tried to be helpful and were especially good at negotiating to get us a taxi to visit a fairly distant monastery and then to deposit us at the railway station.”
“Souvenir shop at the hotel is pretty nice, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good enough, several sets are available for selection. Very close to bus and train stations (10-minute walk). Some food stores are also located no too far from the hotel.”

“На каждом этаже стоит куллер с холодной и горячей водой. Прихожая номера имеет еще одну дверь, поэтому шум из коридора и ванной не слышен. В номере есть холодильник. В отличии от соседнего отеля "Волхов", сдача номера происходит по-европейски, без ожидания визита горничной. Если Вы прибыли на утренней "Ласточке", вас могут сразу же поселить. В кафе кафе при отеле поесть сразу не получится: у него перерыв с 11 до 11:30, но для позднего завтрака по приезду рядом есть недорогое кафе All Ready.”
