“Consistent professionalism and friendliness of the staff at all levels. There wasn't a weak link. Every member of staff seemed ready to "go the extra kilometer! The Stubn is very Gemütlich but there is stale smoke and some guests had some extremely large dogs one of which we found overpowering in its BO. The staff simply switched us to the restaurant - no dogs and no smoking - well spaced tables and the usual excellent table service. Overall we just appreciated the excellent levels of service. Good food and good wines too.”

“Great breakfast. Great swimming pool. Great gourmet dinner. Like so many family-run 3* and 4* hotels in Austria, this hotel will not disappoint. I ski-ed 6 different mountains in 6 days, all within 20 minutes by car from Radstadt. If you don't have a car, the hotel's minibus promises to take you to your destination of choice (although I suspect their range might be slightly less than mine). And there were 3 mountains I didn't visit.”
