“The food was good with a menu the children were also happy with and at a sensible price (for us). Staff generally very friendly with only one exception but even they were polite. A little quirky in style but we stayed a few days and once we were used to it everyone was happy - there is no bar - waiter only service, but a comfortable seating area. We used it as a base to explore and found it convenient to drive to San Sebastion, Bilbao airport and Vitoria. We are on a European tour and of the wide range of hotels we have stayed in including some 5 star the breakfast has been the best selection on offer - very good with a lot of choice fresh and cooked. Miss it now, even in Italy.”
