“This Hotel is very nicely located in front of the lake. staff is nice,even if the concierge who lead us to our room,walking for 5 minutes,did not think it would have been appropriate to help us with our numerous bags...he walked behind us all along with no assistance! anyway,large room with lake view,very clean,huuge bed,small TV (?!),practical bathroom. be careful,the hotel is separated in 2 parts: a huge nice building with many rooms but behind the road,and a « gorgeous little Italian Palace » with few rooms but outstanding location directly on the lake. So choose you room wisely. Because we had a balcony,we prefered to take a continental breakfast in the room...Good!”
“The location was perfect, since it was located directly next door to a ferry stop. The continental breakfast was over the top! Staff and service were wonderful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lake Como.”
“Bathroom is huge by European standards and very clean. Full tub and two shower heads. The lake view room with balcony had a beautiful view of the courtyard, greenery, and the lake itself. The hotel itself is across the street from the lake but there are premium rooms and the fine dining restaurant on the like side. Along with the pool facility. You will not be disappointed if you research the room you want. You are beautifully secluded but only 10 min from the city of como by car. The ferry launch is 200m down the road which gives you access to all the other small villages on the lake. There is also a bus that runs around the lake for ease of transport.”
