“First of all, Dante, the head waiter was a true professional - he was friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. The location was perfect for us travelling between Matera and Paestum. The rooms were clean, nice balcony, good ensuite bathroom. Our friends had a problem with some noisy pipes in their bedroom and the hotel swapped their room which solved the issue. The building and hotel reception area were quite distinctive and attractive. Our dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was not included in our deal, but when we came down to check out in the morning, the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast which was fantastic! The night before, the hotel owners made a point of speaking with us which was a nice touch. Very friendly. this hotel got better and better as our stay went on. We would go back!”
