“Nothing really very commercialized! You don’t feel like a guest ! Simple thing that happened , in the morning before to walk in for breakfast with my spouse I requested to take 2 cookies ONLY to the room ! My spouse likes a cookie when she wakes up ! Well , it is against the rules in this hotel to take out of breakfast 2 cookies !! You should travel to the nearest kiosk or super market to buy or you should make an order through room service !!!”
“We felt that hotel is in a dodgy area even it is in a minutes driving from city center. All reception stuff were extremely helpful and professional. Our room was nice, but bathroom is so small for 5* hotel. Breakfast was very good.”

The building itself is very attractively built, and does look grand. The style of furnishings, woodwork and paintings etc suits the overall design of the Palace.”
