“Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Exemple : après une séance de travail de nuit et l'avoir indiqué au veilleur, les femmes de ménage ont eu la délicatesse de ne pas passer l'aspirateur devant la chambre avant la fin de la matinée. Chambre (rénovée) très confortable, propre et calme. Le silence est très appréciable pour un hôtel en centre ville.”
“J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, l'écoute et le professionnalisme des réceptionnistes. Un grand bravo!! Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées, avec une grande TV bien agréable. Propreté et confort sont présents. Les oreillers sont moelleux et sans bouloches (ça change de tous ces hôtels aux oreillers bas de gamme). La pizzeria - crêperie d'en bas est super bonne, et le patron très sympa même si nous étions aux couleurs de l'Olympique Lyonnais et pas de son club de foot ;) Séjour parfait.”
