“During our stay, one waitress was being impolite and was ignoring us when we try to call her to take our order ( ignoring us as if we weren't there). The service in general was unfavorable and atrocious. Basically, the service is bad. Additionally, when we were going to check out of the hotel, the staff would give other customers chocolates except us. They wouldn't even say good bye to us.”
