I got sick during my stay and the staff were extremely helpful with bringing fruits at a very late night hour and easing my sickness. They speak english very well and they gave us plenty of dirdctions on what to do around the area and where to go.”

“just the location. the hotel is old. one lift to serve 11 floors. no proper valet parking (only during daytime) and you have to get out of the car and ring a bell as you enter and exit the hotel every single time.”
