“The entire hotel decor is amazing, the bed was incredibly comfy, the views from my room were very impressive, and I woke up to light chirping of birds every morning, as opposed to any disturbing city noises. All the hotel staff I interacted with had such great attitudes and were always happy to help. I cannot recall the name of the man at reception who checked me in, but he truly was amazing. Set a great tone that was mimicked throughout my stay. Pool and sauna facilities were also nice and relaxing. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.”

“This hotel has a great view from its hilltop location and is walking distance from Cuba St (although there is an uphill walk after dinner). There was a good buffet selection at breakfast, and espresso coffee was available with breakfast at no extra cost (although for some reason the waiter asked for our room number).”

“We were allocated a room on the 4th floor opposite the conference rooms, so noisy and busy. After enquiring how long the noise would continue for we were told it had finished at 6pm. So out we went to explore the city and eat. Returning to a full blown banquet in the rooms opposite with all the crockery being collected outside our room... I explained that this wasn't acceptable and we were moved to the 9th floor, much quieter.”
