“The hotel is very well located in the center of Arezzo. Despite being in the centre, it is still quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating indeed. They went out of their way in explaining what you should see, where you should eat etc. The restaurants they advised were very nice indeed! Very accommodating staff when I had to shorten my stay because of business reasons. Without any problem, bookings were adjusted.”
