“excellent staff, very welcoming, very clean, comfortable rooms that make best use of space, good location, will stay there again”
“The Hotel was an easy walk from the train station and quiet visual once clear of the station.”
“My 2nd time spending an entire week at the hotel. I slept really well. The in-room massage chair put me to sleep. Convenience store and dining options nearby. Try dinner at Tsubameya ツバメヤ. It's cheap and delicious!”
“The reception staff is very helpful and they do their best all the time! Traditional Japanese Spa (onsen) on the ground floor Very close from the train station (less than 5 minutes walk), restaurants and convenience store (Lawson is just across the street) The room is very clean!”
“Clean Professional staff Nice breakfast (Option Western or Japanese)”
“Super friendly & nice staff but most of them cannot speak English!”
“This is the perfect hotel if you travel to the Izumo/Matsue region. They serve a great and diversified Japanese or European breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and overly clean. Don't forget to pay the domestic Onsen a visit (which is included in the booking price). There are separated indoor areas for men and women and a small outdoor pool. Wonderful to relax after a long day. I can only recommend staying here.”
“Room was OK and clean. Hotel is big but it was very quiet in the morning. Onsen are available in the hotel.”
“They had an indoor onsen which I wasn't aware of when booking. A very nice surprise after riding a motorcycle all day!”
“From the check-in to check-out, this hotel was very welcoming and clean. We really enjoyed how clean the room and the entire hotel was. The public bath was very nice and had a lot of amenities. My father went twice and loved it. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. There was a choice between the American and Japanese versions of the breakfast. The Japanese was great but the American wasn't too good. The eggs were runny and seemed like they didn't know how to cook scrambled eggs. In all, this was a great place to stay.”
