“Rooms were tidy and are cleaned daily. Most of the taxi drivers knew the hotel which was convenient.”
“The hotel is in a bad neighborhood across the bridge from the Old Town. The facilities need upgrading and there were some cleanliness issues. On the positive side, the staff and manager are excellent. My advice would be to stay at a hotel on the beach. There really is no reason to stay in the industrial neighborhood of São Francisco or in the crumbling Old Town.”
