“The engagement of Staffs especially Concierge staffs was one of the best experience we had. They are very knowledgable and support guests as per their need, very smart people. Also we loved the customised treatment in the dining, mostly they prepared out of menu items when we desired. Also they did organise a surprise celebration for my wife's birthday, it was amazing. Loved the live music performance and I have to mention about the nice cigar collection.. just loved it.”
