- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- One child under 6 years is charged JPY 2900 per stay when using existing beds.
- Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- One older child or adult is charged JPY 4500 per person per night in an extra bed.

Important Notice
- <Pick-up Service><br>Free pick-up services are available from Oishi Park between 15:00-18:00. There is also a free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station at 1600 and 1700. Please kindly note that pick-up may not be available on certain days, such as when traffic is restricted due to fireworks festivals or marathon events.
