“Location was great- we were able to hike up the falls before we had to check out. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms were adequate. I would not pay extra for the view again though. Would definitely stay again.”

“The room was perfect for us as we were on a fly drive holiday so the basic clean facilities fitted our dress. Our room had a waterfall view - which turned out to be great to watch the aurora too as it got cold outside after midnight. Food was fine not gourmet but filling and the staff were smiley and willing to help. Free coffee/chocolate machine in corridor. Breakfast was fruit. ham, cheese and cereals - the usual Icelandic fare we came to understand. Short walk to the falls and the viewing point. (hill is steep with steps the whole way up.)”
