It is open every day for dinner in July and August. From September to June, the restaurant is closed on Monday evening. “We were impressed with this property, the chateau is beautiful and we had a warm welcome. The rooms chosen were beautifully decorated, the beds comfortable, fantastic bathrooms with walk-in showers and with peace and quiet all around (apart from the church bells that is) we settled in for a 2 night stay. Breakfasts were the best I've experienced with an excellent variety of good quality foods. Our host was informative and friendly, very thoughtful and kind.”

“From the moment we arrived we were greeted with enthusiasm and courtesy. Our room and bathroom were spotless, as were sheets, towels etc. The room was serviced every day. We felt free to simply sit and read in the garden if we so desired, and my husband made use of the pool. Breakfasts were substantial, and dining at the superb restaurant next to the hotel was a great delight. All in all we had a relaxing week, and were treated with unfailing friendliness and helpfulness by the owners and their staff. The hotel had been recommended to us by our son and his wife, who had also loved both it and the restaurant.”

“One of the nicest small hotels I´ve stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful they could not do enough for us. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower, the bed was extremely comfortable and you are encouraged to help yourself to tea or coffee whenever you want, which you can take into the beautiful garden. The pool was lovely if a little cold! The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive to Carcasssonne and the grounds are fabulous.”
