“Central to everything. Family run business. Reminded me of a Fawlty Towers episode with a French Basil, about as tall , with his assistant Paula instead of Polly. Dramas started before we got to the Hotel because we couldn't get to the Hotel! This is because our GPS didn't know that the Lourdes Council have barricaded all the roads leading to the Sanctuary, Basilica and it's Grotto. THE TOWN IS BASICALLY AN ACCESS DISASTER! Many local hotels are effected by this mess. Speaking to locals, one said it was a Nice reaction and another said the female Mayor didn't like the traffic past her place! So we had to call Basil who came on his motor bike to rescue us, and show us the way. There is only one narrow lane going to the premisis so don't come in your Humvee. Once there you'll be well looked after. The local fort is on a hill outside your window. A lift of some antiquity transports you to all 5 floors.”

“Su ubicación es perfecta a un paso del Santuario de Lourdes y de la Ciudad, muy céntrico. Tiene estacionamiento público al frente, estacionamos el coche sin inconvenientes. La atención de la recepción fue muy cordial y atenta, tomamos un rico desayuno, y no había ruido en la habitación. Las camas eran confortables, y la habitación cálida.”

“Le personnel de cet établissement est d'une extrême gentillesse, d'une courtoisie et d'une sympathie sans pareille. Si vous arrivez en voiture la propriétaire des lieux se charge pour vous de garer votre véhicule dès lors qu'une place se libère sur la parking gratuit situé en face de l’hôtel, quasiment privatif. Les repas sont très bons pour un prix pension complète très attractif. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel type pension de famille où on se sent bien et où vous mangerez des repas comme à la maison.”
