“Excellent three star mountain hotel. Super clean. But the jewel of the hotel is the manager Olivier. We had booked two nights through booking.com but had to return after one night stay. Olivier was flexible and agreed to refund the second night. He warmly welcomes all guests and responds to all requests with good humor and professionalism. There's not much to do in Grimentz but Olivier knows the ins and outs very well. Keep up the good work!”
