“Everything was very acceptable but your website did not make any comment about the need to reserve secure parking in advance of the stay and all the parking was taken when I arrived. Whilst I also realise that, for whatever reason, St Malo was busy that night, this was the most expensive hotel I booked in my 14 day visit to France (all others booked independently through their websites). The hotel kindly gave me an upgrade to a very large room overlooking the seafront, but I am not convinced that booking.com offered me the best rate I could have got for what I had. Unlikely to use booking.com again unless pressed to find a room quickly.”
“We loved our room with a sea view. It was immaculate and very comfortable! The staff was amazingly nice, helpful and went out of their way to meet all of our needs! Angela prepared my husband a hot herbal and honey infusion when she found out my husband was sick with a bad cough! Delphine, the breakfast staff and even the maintenence staff were great! Highly recommend!”

“We opted for an upgrade to a room with garden view and balcony, and quieter location - for an extra 20 euros. This was larger and very well appointed. Tea-making facilities were useful. Parking on the street was easy and close (October). 10 minutes drive to St Malo walled town. Very friendly and helpful staff.”
