“Great hotel. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Accommodated our lack of French language fluency by speaking English to us. We booked a comfort room and we had a 4 night stay. They told us we had accidentally been put in a regular room and offered to put us in a comfort room. We didn't know the difference because our room # 21 was cozy, nice large bathroom with soaking tub. We had a small balcony overlooking the village and vineyards. To us it was a comfort room. They adjusted the price. We would never had known. We appreciated the honesty. Disclaimer: we booked last minute as we had spent a horrible night in an Airbandb property we had to leave it was so awful.”
