“On arrival, in bad weather, the hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but don't be put off by that. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent menu for evening meal and food was really high quality, with some local dishes, which were a real treat. Breakfast was good with varied choice and plentiful. Room was very comfortable with fabulous view and small balcony. Garages available for motorbike. Lovely swimming pool on site, though the weather was against us for using that. This really is a gem of a hotel, and I would highly recommend to anyone.”
