“Very friendly innkeepers who went out of their way to chat with us and to try to teach our daughters a little French. The food in the restaurant was good, and it included a few non-Alsatian options. The hotel building is at the back of the property, separate from the restaurant, so it was very quiet. A fenced-in courtyard behind the hotel was a nice place to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine in the evening. Other guests had brought a dog, who was able to play in the fenced-in yard.”
