“The staff were excellent - only too happy to assist and the location was excellent - across the road from Lille Flanders Station and only about 10 minutes walk from Lille Europe Station (Eurostar Terminal). The rooms were perfectly adequate and clean as was the en suite bathroom. There were many restaurants in easy reach of the hotel, so not short on places to eat of an evening. All in all a good stay and would stay there again should the need arise.”

“Friendly staff (they arranged for a taxi to take us to Belgium (Flanders Fields). The location was excellent, directly across from the train station, and a comfortable walk to the Eurostar Station.”
“We were early to arrive at the hotel but were not taken in for a surprise. The receptionist was a very helpful lady - she gave us our room key and helped us with our luggage. Later on, she was always there for any assistance. She guided us as to how we can roam around in Lille and provided us with the city map as well as metro map. On the day of checkout, she helped us keep our baggage safe at the lockers. Thank You Hotel Balladins!”
