“Although there were works to the exterior of the building (the window in my room was blocked off), it didn't bother me as I was well informed before arrival. I have chosen it due to its location (5 minutes to Shin Osaka Station and 2-3 minutes to the south exit of the subway station). The room was clean and newly refurbished. An affordable choice for the area (maybe the discount was due to the refurbishment works). Finally, I recommend to have a look on their website before you get there. There is a step-by-step guide (with pictures) in the 'Access' page (in Japanese) on how to walk to the hotel from the JR station. Very helpful as the route is not obvious.”
