“room was spotless beds were comfortable my grandchildren loved the stay reception staff were good and polite cleaners amazing, we had Danielle and Libby lovely girls really happy with the whole stay the hotel smelt lovely, although we did have one idiot setting the alarms off by smoking and the corridor stank, went off twice, that was the guests fault not the hotel, having said that the alarms were really good and loud, would come again i had a great deal as well which was handy as i bought my grandchildren to see their Auntie and Uncle. I was really pleasantly surprised, as when you go somewhere you have not stayed before we can be a bit pensive till we get there.”
