I always manage to pack more than necessary and it was easy to get our things in and out of our room. The staff were very pleasant and tolerated our sense of humor. “The first room we were given had issues, broken door knob, not a working refrigerator & we called down to front desk and he said, "that's not right I'm gonna get you a new room." It was right next door and perfect condition! He helped with our luggage and everything. Everyone was so nice, the coffee was amazing, the breakfast was decent. We stayed with my toddler and we ran out of milk one night and they were accommodating to get us some. We would stay here again!”
“Hotel wasn't packed at it was comfy. But I had ac problem but they were going to accommodate my family to another room but I said no due to it being 230am and I have babies. Room did finally cool down.”
