“We initially had a mix-up with our reservation because we had needed to change the dates and booking.com was supposed to cancel the first one and make the second, but it wasn't done. So when we got there, we actually still had both reservations--However the front desk agent, Salima, was wonderful in getting the problem resolved, and continued to make us feel like very special guests. We always have a good experience at Hampton Inn.”
