“My only "less than 10" rating is due to the ongoing modernization - it really was not a problem. I checked in late for an early morning flight and mentioned that I would like a room with as little noise as possible. I thought the room choices would be minimal. The front desk staff put me in a room at the end of the hall at the back of the hotel away from the airport noise - excellent customer service. The two young men were friendly and very professional. The room was very clean and well-appointed and I slept well. Check out in the morning was quick and easy - grabbed some breakfast - choices were very good and on my way. That stay set the tone for a very successful Thursday!”
