“The staff were wonderful, especially in a crisis. The water heater on the 5th floor, right next to our room, began leaking in the middle of the night and created a flood. The staff were quick to respond, evacuating everyone and arranging for them to stay in another hotel nearby. They handled a difficult situation as well as could be.”
