“We reserved our room on line though a booking company and we were told because we booked though them we weren't able to get our first floor accommodations which we requested. Then we were told because we booked it thought the booking company we couldn't use our AARP discount. The staff were not very friendly and told me that if we wanted to change from the second floor 20$ Would be added to our bill. You seem to think your hotels are so high quality but let me tell you I stayed at a country inn and suites for 57$ a nite and it was so much better than your hotel and the staff really were more pleasant. I will not be staying at any of your hotels again. Thanks but no thanks!”

The furniture was dusted, the bathtub shined and the coffee pot was clean. I didn't feel like I need to Clorox everything down before unpacking. I will definitely stay here again.”
