“I had a great check in experience however when I went back later throughout the day the older staff could not assist me with a monetary exchange saying the hotel had no dollars. Pest control was parked directly outside as I entered the building. There was exterior maintenance on the building which I received an email about and there was no issue with the noise. My neighbors constantly were unable to open the doors with their key cards which was very annoying.”
