“Loved the location right across from the Opera House”
“Perfect location to attend events at the Newberry Opera House and to tour the downtown area. The hotel is in great shape and very clean. Highly recommend. Price is the highest in the area but I assume that is due to it's location. If you are going to be in the area for several days and are not going to the Opera House you can find nice accommodations for a better price a few miles out of town right off the freeway.”
“This is in historic downtown Newberry, directly across from the Opera House, which turns out to be a great location, especially if you want to catch the latest production. The beds are nice and the rooms are laid out well.”
“Mirrors, outlets including usb, pull out shelves not drawers, non duvet options and non feather pillows. Desk and chairs made it feel roomy. Yes a great place to see the show and will go again next year.”

“The young woman who checked us in the day we arrived, was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bed fluffy. Lots of pillows and towels. The housekeepers were very pleasant. Liked the room very much.”

“This Motel was very well fitted into the historical surroundings. The restaurants were mostly within walking distance into a very quaint downtown setting. My relatives I was visiting were only 8 miles away, and the staff here were all so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and am sure to return here in the future. Thank you.”
“Very nicely decorated. Great breakfast, different menus, fresh fruit, omelets, french toast. Comfortable rooms with many amenities. Great location. lovely stores downtown to explore and wander through. I felt very safe walking the streets alone. My first visit to the town and it is so charming and welcoming. Had a great time at the "Taste of Newberry" festival being held next door. Great tasting of local restaurant cooking with local musical talent. Love the warehouse it was held in. Wonderful trip.”
