“The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities in the room made for an even better experience. Our dog was welcomed at no extra charge and the complimentary breakfast had lots of variety and was perfect for needing to get up and on the road asap. The kids loved the pool and the staff was great.”
“Continental breakfast was excellent, with unbelievable variety and ease of use. Also fresh apples, bananas, and coffee were available 24/7 in the foyer. A real plus to off-schedule travelers. The first evening I was exhausted from a long car drive (325 miles with wrong directions and getting off track several times). As soon as I lay down in my King bed, people in the room above mine (2nd floor) began running and jumping on their floor with loud crashes, which caused the ceiling to vibrate and made my attempts to sleep impossible. I assume that they had some boisterous kids jumping off the bed into their floor. I called the front desk, and the clerk said she would call their room immediately. Within 5 minutes all the racket stopped, and I got a wonderful rest. Kudos to the clerk, who immediately took charge and solved the problem without confrontation or displeasure on anybody's part.”
“I booked this hotel through booking.com the day before my check-in. I arrived later than I had anticipated. The hotel staff was fantastic upon my family's arrival. Everyone was very nice, they provided us with a cot so that we had extra sleeping space, the food was great and the pool was a lot of fun.”
