“Staff contacted me beforehand to discuss my floor preference; very accommodating even though they were super busy with peak crowd arriving for the eclipse. They had anticipated the needs of eclipse chasers and had free eclipse glasses for guests. They were quick to identify our needs before we even asked, offering restaurant discount coupons when they overheard us discussing dinner and suggesting a nearby Walmart when we were wondering where we could buy batteries.”

“We asked for a handicap accessible room and we were very happy with the extra wide door in the bathroom and the extra wide entrance and hallway as well as the shower chair and the removable shower head and we appreciated that the beds were lower so that it was easier for our handicapped traveler to access the bed. All in all it was a lovely room and a lovely experience. PS gentleman who makes the food for the morning breakfast was wonderful and it was delicious and he deserves the rase! The family was just super impressed at how clean everything was and how it's been so wonderfully maintained and we really appreciate that. because when we travel we care about where we stay and we want to feel good about where we're sleeping and where we're putting our things. The whole experience was super comfortable and we will be staying at Hampton Inn again”
