“Room, breakfast, staff were all great. The pool area was dirty, the floors and all around the edges of the pool were dirty. Children were wild and obnoxious at the pool with no adult supervision. I had to call the front desk to ask for some control which was taken care of promptly by the staff and much appreciated. They were told to leave. There were no towels available at the pool. I asked a staff/housekeeper for towels which were delivered courteously. I would recommend that guest checking in with large amounts of children be informed of your policy of supervision and horseplay at the pool.”
