“Pleasant, courteous staff. Readily available. Was there for a funeral, so didn't use many amenities. The hotel was sold out arrival day, and we had additional family members with us. The hotel gave us a cot. They were wonderful about it. They also sent us a little condolence gift box with was amazing. The widow was very touched.”

Staff friendly and helped us find Little Nashville where we wanted to visit, breakfast had more choices than we have ever been offered to us at a hotel. We choose hotels with the hot breakfast in hopes of getting a hot waffle. Here we got omlets, hot-oatmeal with choice toppings, waffles with several toppings to choose from, fresh fruit, nice pastries, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, drinks, hot sausage and hash browns.”
