“The staff was amazing! The buffet breakfast was well worth getting up for. It is a brilliant idea to serve breakfast as they do so we are afforded the opportunity to mingle and “talk story” with the other guests. Free nearby parking, nearby stores and shopping mall, comfortable rooms with 24 hr complimentary coffee, cocoa and tea in lobby. Amenities in room are just right. 24 hr market in lobby and a business center for computer use. Free WiFi. Kamaaina rates. Family friendly. Laundry center. Gym. Indoor pool. So many conveniences, too many to name. The staff made us feel like we were GENUINELY important. That’s seems to be something other hotel staff have had a difficult time doing for us in the past because we are local residents. Ona (staff member) needs to be mentioned for his excellent service and aloha! I frequent the Marriot properties but after staying at the Hamptons, I will have to change my preferences. Thank you Hamptons Inn and Suites for a beautiful experience!”
