“I found the staff unfriendly overall. Our television didnt work. The staff could not fix it because he was the only person at the counter. They ran out of food in the morning, we went to the front desk to tell him and his response was very rude then a few minutes later we overheard him talking with the lady preparing the food about us. We always stay at this chain when we travel so we were quite disappointed.”
