“Was there several days - one morning was running late so when cleaning staff knocked on door I was still in bathroom - yelled out to come back later. She came back 2 minutes later. Told her not now. When I left about 20 minutes later (11am ish) I wanted to tell them that room could be cleaned now but no one around including front desk. When I came back around 3 ish there was a card in my door saying that they had tried at 1:30 pm to clean room but was told not to. My wife and I were not in room at or near that time. I took card to front desk and desk person said didn't understand why when I explained and that cleaners had just left for the day. Front desk person was great - she came to room about 5 minutes later with fresh towels and changed them all out for me - and also did trash can. Did this with out me asking. Took a negative and turned it into positive.”
