“The staff, in particular the late night front desk attendant named December, was SO pleasant and helped us. We arrived very late, after a 5 hour drive from a lacrosse tournament. The previous night was rough- a wedding party was in the same hotel. A loud fight in the hallway kept our team up. Needless to say- when we arrived in Toledo- we were more than ready for a good night's rest. We had unpacked, then realized there were very noisy children running around next to us(presumably they had just come back from dinner/pool). December helped us move to a quiet room. She got us milk to go with dessert we brought. She was just so kind, pleasant and welcoming. Everyone at this hotel was so friendly- from front desk(night & morning) and breakfast area personnel and cleaning staff.”
